Your responsibilities 

The selected candidates will be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Delivery of policy, strategy, and stakeholder engagement/networking services
  • Mapping of EU Funding Opportunities together with project idea analysis & assessment of eligibility considering available funding
  • Drafting applications to EU Call for Proposals & Tenders
  • The daily implementation and management of EU research projects (Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe etc.).
  • Assist in the collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative information as well as in the elaboration of deliverables and scientific reports.
  • Attending Brussels based EU Funding and policy related networking/brokerage events and following-up with matchmaking activities
  • Willing to be active in EU networks and Influencing decision makers on future funding priorities and opportunities
  • Assisting on monitoring Results & Impact Evaluation of the client services
  • Guiding/Coaching client institutions from EU project development to project management of their EU funded proposals.
  • Working also in collaboration with the research team on research, proposal writing, and project implementation.
