Project narrative
SKILL BILL aims to set the foundations for the deployment of more sustainable and circular renewable energy technologies. The project will create several pathways for the upskilling and reskilling of workers, key stakeholders and the general public by developing an advanced education program at European level and a Vocational Training program on RES.
These activities aim towards more sustainable (both environmentally and financially) design, development, installation, operation, maintenance and recycling of renewable energy technologies. In this context, SKILL BILL puts forward an innovative concept that includes community engagement; promotes industry-academia collaboration; targets knowledge gaps and gender prejudice; offers skilling, reskilling and upskilling of target groups; deploys knowledge sharing, peer learning and other innovative learning methods.
We are responsible for leading the mapping of the stakeholder community and research on training needs and skilling practices. We are also assuming the roles of the Dissemination, Communication, Exploitation & IPR Manager of the project. Moreover, White supports all actions of stakeholder engagement, networking and validating – uploading material for sharing the “green knowledge”.
